Weekly case review for family-law firms on Clio

Every case reviewed. Every hour billed.

Your team already meets each week to go through the open matters. CaseFetch puts them on one board — tasks and court dates already attached — and writes the time back to Clio before anyone leaves the room.

What firms usually want to know.

Does CaseFetch replace Clio?

No. CaseFetch reads your open matters from Clio and writes tasks, calendar entries and time entries back to it. Clio stays your system of record.

How does the billing work?

At the end of the review you tick the matters you discussed and set the time — 0.1 hours by default, adjustable per matter. CaseFetch writes one time entry to each matter in Clio. Nothing is billed automatically.

What stops us billing the same matter twice?

Each row shows when that matter was last billed. CaseFetch reports it rather than blocking it — a matter reviewed twice in a week may well be worth billing twice, and only your team knows.

Who needs an account?

Only your firm. Invite the attorneys and paralegals who attend the review. Clients never log in.
